Sonata Music Fest is a vibrant celebration of rhythm, culture, and pride showcasing rich local musical talent.

A two-day outdoor music festival that cebrates the rich musical heritage of the Bisaya-speaking regions of the Philippines featuring artists with Bisaya roots uniting artists, fans and brands in a space that celebrates music but more importantly, it has grown to become a platform for up and coming artists.

The true heart of Sonata is an audition platform for undiscovered talents to take center stage.

Open to all unsigned artists from Metro Cebu and Cebu Province.

Celebrating raw musical talent, this event gives aspiring artists the chance to showcase their unique artistry and captivate audiences with their sound.

This year, we’ve had over 137 auditionees from all parts of Cebu. There are also auditionees from Cagayan de Oro, Negros Province, Surigao del Norte, Leyte, Dumaguete, Dipolog, Iligan and Bukidnon.

This year, Sonata Music Fest brings together 163 Bisaya artists across 30 bands performing onstage, headlined by legendary OPM group SOUTHBORDER at Ayala Center Cebu and heartthrob Wilbert Ross at Ayala Malls Central Bloc.
